Be comfortable with doing the following:

• FAT
  • gathering stats about a fat filesystem (i.e. sectors, clusters, blocks)
• windows related
  • formatting a filesystem as NTFS
  • connecting to a windows fileshare on linux
• btrfs
  • putting some (volumes)/partitions together in a raid
  • snapshotting
• forensic
  • analyzing a system for some files both while it is mounted and/or while it is not mounted when using the foremost tool
• How to create quotas on a linux filesystem

Certainly by now, you should be very comfortable in editing an /etc/fstab file and mounting filesystems.
